We’ll be available this weekend on the late schedule.
Saturday and Sunday evenings after 7:30 pm – please let me know as soon as possible…
Please pray for a family whose mother is going to be incapacitated for the next few months due to surgery; they will need a lot of prayerful support.
This week’s verse: Proverbs 23:9 – “Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words”.
Remember – if you argue with the spiritual critic, they won’t care what you say; they will only try harder to turn you from your faith…
(24 verse 9) “The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men”
God Bless…

This Week's Sabbath Schedule; Prayer Request; Another Ask Reverend Jack
We are inviting all those who are interested in our Sabbath Service to join us this Sunday morning.
9:00 Fellowship Social with coffee and doughnuts
10:00 Service
11:00 Question and Answer
You can either come to our “Coffee and Doughnuts” Fellowship Social and following Services, or afterward we will be available for question and answers.
For any who are inquiring, new to the area, or just plain curious – we would love to have you come and join us…
Please “RSVP” by e-mail so we can provide for who come
To answer this week’s “Ask Reverend Jack” – is a question from our message from the “Observations of Our World"…
Why don’t we allow the debate of doctrine?
Debate causes contention, and that allows an unholy spirit. The objective of debate is to win. If you are trying to win a debate involving doctrinal topics you are trying to convince someone to believe against their own free will. We believe that trying to convince someone to go against their beliefs is the same as the adversary trying to control you. We promote the freedom of believing however you wish – even if it does not coincide with ours.
We offer anyone who wishes the opportunity to learn.
While we do not coerce or convince anyone to agree with us – those who do join our faith are asked to abide by our doctrine. This is no more than any other organization would ask of its members.
Our faith is relatively simple, and has no more traditional ways than any other Christian Religion.
Our belief of abstaining from arguing and debating religious doctrine promotes a Christ-like environment of unity, peace, and cooperation.
We would like to ask for a united effort in prayer for a family who is helping one of their member’s battle with cancer. I would appreciate also your continued support as my wife continues with her fight against this awful disease also. Lori is doing well considering, and is continuing her radiation treatment. Thank you and…
God Bless…

This Weeks Sabbath Schedule - and Clarifying our last entry... "Come to the Cross"
Let me clarify our last answer to the question “what does it mean to come to the cross?”
The simplest way to explain it is: imagine what it is like to bear the burdens of others, and then multiply it to every individual that has, now does, and ever will live – and then suffer the most agonizing death imaginable – all because He loves you enough to be the path that returns us to a loving Father in Heaven…
If you can appreciate this, and simply accept Him in your heart; acknowledge Him confessing He is your Savior, your Redeemer, and your Master, then you have “Come to the Cross”…
If you are willing to have Him, He is willing to have you…
I will be available for appointment Saturday evening.
Sunday morning we will have:
9:00 am Coffee and Doughnut fellowship social;
10:00 Eucharist and Communion Service;
We will meet at my house:
If you need directions and have not been with us before:
e-mail me or call me if you plan on coming so we have enough for everyone.
God Bless…

This Week's Ask Reverend Jack... What Does It Mean To "Come To The Cross" ?
I received a real good question – “what does it mean to come to the cross”.
We often hear this in speeches, sermons and songs, and forget to mention what it means to those who are newly learning of, and returning to the path of Jesus…
Someone mentioned to me that their religion celebrates the birth and life of Christ, and not his death…
That they don’t understand how we can speak of, and honor this part of Jesus’ mission with such fondness…
While most Christians do celebrate the birth, mission, and resurrection of Jesus with the same enthusiasm, we also remember that – without that part of His life – meaning His death, there would be no act of paying for the price of sin that He took upon Himself in the garden.
Without the betrayal by Judas, and the actual giving up His life for us – there would be no redemption and salvation.
The means by which He sacrificed His life was the means that would represent the only way He could pay the price for all the sins of the world past, present, and future.
While we do not “worship” the cross itself – we do understand that by “coming to the Cross” we show our appreciation, and worship He who did give Himself upon that Cross – to open the door to our Father’s kingdom.
Coming to the Cross means we honor Him, and that we revere Him, and that we trust, obey, and follow Him while loving Him by keeping His commandments.
Coming to the Cross means we have a constant reminder of what He did for us, and that the magnitude of His enduring that sacrifice means we too can endure the simple life of doing what He would want us to do…
God Bless…

This Week's Sabbath Schedule - And Reverend Jack Answers a Question about The Knights Templar
There has been in recent history a growing interest in the legends of the Knights Templar.
A question regarding the move to Scotland after the French extermination of Templar Knights and associates on October 13 1307 – the answer is it is true.
Scotland has long held the tradition of protecting liberty. It is a place of esteemed reverence to Christianity. Many through the millennia have sought refuge from oppression to the land of the misty clouds… and this people have a unique ability to protect the sacred secrets of what happened to the Knights Templar.
Even from the time of Roman persecution after the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, His followers including Joseph of Arimathea found solace enthroned within the peaks of Her own Highland Mountains.
Century after century, battles for defending Scotland’s freedom have made this people a strong independent force for the cause of liberty.
The sovereignty of this proud people has gone back and forth numerous times within the realm of the United Kingdom. The speculation that the Templar’s were once again eradicated is unfounded as there are no records of this in documented or traditional history.
After the year 1314, no public record has been available for the whereabouts of the descendants of the Knights Templar, or their designated keepers of the Clan Secrets. The mysterious disappearance of their wealth, naval armada, and presence within the Celtic community may simply be their way of avoiding detection the way Celtic Christians have done so for the 1300 years prior.
There are many speculations, but the proud people of Scotland and their Christian heritage will probably never yield the long hidden charge to maintain the sacred history. The Celtic Anglican Community has long been able to maintain its history amid the degradation of many other organizations which would like us to fail at bringing a true lineage of Priesthood back into mainstream Christianity.
We will maintain the late schedule for anyone who may need services this weekend. We will return to the normal schedule for the following week.
